1) Are these products 100% authentic and brand new?
Yes, I get all my products from the brand's actual store(s) or website or outlet stores which guarantees the authencity of your purchase.
2) Is the original price tag still attached to the item?
Yes, the original price tag is still attached to the item. For Kate Spade bags/ models that come with dustbag, the dustbag will also be included together with the care card. I will also include the KS paperbag in your shipment.
3) How do I order and make payment?
Below are your order/ payment options:-
(i) Pay 100% upfront via direct bank deposit into my DBS Savings Plus Account and your package/ bag will be shipped directly to your home/ office (depending on the address you provide to me).
(ii) Pay S$50 as the 1st payment via direct bank deposit into my DBS Savings Plus Account and the package/ bag will be shipped to my sister-in-law who will meet you at Bishan MRT (this is the only meeting point at this time) to pass you the bag and collect the remaining payment in CASH.
4) What is the shipping method that you use and how long will it take for me to receive my product(s)?
If you choose the above Payment Option (i), I will ship your package out the next day using registered Express postal service which will allow you to receive your package in 5 working days. SpeedPost in Singapore will be making the delivery and they will NOT leave the package at your doorstep if no one is around to sign for it. Instead, SpeedPost will leave you a note about the delivery and ask that you either contact them to do a re-delivery at no extra charge (re-delivery by SpeedPost is usually 2 days after the original attempted delivery IF you call them on the same day that they leave you the note) or you can collect it personally at the Post Office with your NRIC (that's why it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you give me your NRIC full name and contact phone number when you are buying items from me.
If you choose above Payment Option (ii), the weekly-ship-out day is every Friday registered Express shipping to my sis-in-law. The delivery timeframe is still 5 working days after the Friday that I had dropped off your package at the Post Office. Once my sis-in-law receives your package, she will contact you to arrange for a date/ time to meet at Bishan MRT for self-collection and remaining payment.
5) Do you accept credit card payment?
Yes, we accept credit card payment via PayPal. However there is a 3% fee of your final purchase amount for this option. To pay by credit card on PayPal, please click https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=marketing_us/send_money to make an immediate, safe and convenient payment for your purchase. Please insert brandedbagsusa@gmail.com as the recipient's email address for payment purposes.
6) What if I change my mind after placing order or want to exchange product(s)?
I am sorry but all sale is FINAL. I cannot accept any returns, refunds, cancellations and/ or exchanges.
